Who we are

What we collect
What you tell us. A callback or message request gives us your name, phone number, the town or ZIP you give, what you are shopping for, your email if you add one and anything you type. Please do not send passwords, Social Security numbers, or card or bank details.
What our server records. Your IP address, browser, the pages opened and the time. If you arrive from an ad we may also learn which campaign it was. Advertising and measurement tools may gather similar technical data through cookies; see the Cookie Policy.
What we do with it
- Call you back or answer your message and carry out the help you ask for.
- Run the site, keep it secure and block spam.
- Measure and improve our own advertising.
- Meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information and we do not reuse your request for unrelated marketing.
Calls and texts
If you request a callback and tick the consent box, you agree we may call or text the number you gave about that request, including with automated technology. Consent is not required to buy anything. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text, or tell us on a call, and we will stop.
We never give phone numbers to other companies for their own marketing.
Who else sees it
Vendors that help us operate (hosting, email delivery, analytics, ad measurement) see only what that work needs. If you ask us to pass your details to a store or another professional, we pass what you ask. We may disclose information when the law requires or to protect people and rights.
How long we keep it
Requests and messages are kept while we help you and for a reasonable period after, normally no more than 24 months unless the law requires longer. Ask and we will delete them sooner.
Your choices and state privacy rights
Depending on your state (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and others), you may be able to ask what we hold, correct or delete it, and opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information. Email [email protected] to use a right. We may need to verify your identity, and you can appeal our answer by replying to it. We do not penalize people for using these rights.

Security and children
We use reasonable safeguards, though no system is fully secure. The site is for adults and is not directed to children under 13.
