What we do
- Listen. How you will use the computer, where it will sit, what you already own and when you need it.
- Shortlist. A few models or parts lists that fit, named exactly, with the reasons.
- Check fit. For a build, whether the processor socket, board, memory type, case and power supply match.
- Compare stores. Price, shipping, seller, warranty owner and return rules at the stores that carry them.
What you receive
- A phone call to talk through your use and budget range.
- A written shortlist with the total cost and return terms for each option.
- Questions to ask the store before you pay.
What we do not do
We do not sell hardware, process orders or hold money. We do not provide technical support, repair, data recovery, virus removal or software installation. We cannot promise that any product will be in stock, at a given price or right for every need.
